Sample day by day itinerary:

After you fly into Milwaukee your rental car will be waiting at the airport for you to drive the 45 minutes to your accommodations at Erin Hills.
After breakfast you will be treated to 36 holes of golf at Erin Hills which was the site of the 2011 US Amateur and will be hosting the 2017 US Open. (Walking Caddie fee is included for both rounds)
After breakfast you will drive the 30 miles on the way to Kohler WI and play the Arnold Palmer design Bog Golf Club which is consistently ranked in the top 10 courses in Wisconsin and golf is a digest rated 4.5 star facility. After the round you will head the 29 miles to your accommodations at the Inn on Woodlake in Kohler WI.
After breakfast you will be treated to a round of golf at Black Wolf Run River Course followed by lunch and a round of golf at Black Wolf Run Meadows Valley.
After breakfast you will be treated to a round of golf at Whistling Straits Irish course followed by lunch and a round at the famous Whistling Straits course.( Both rounds caddie fee is included)
After breakfast and you will be treated to a round of golf at the Jack Nickalus signature Bull at Pinehurst Farms which is ranked in the top 100 places you can play by golf digest. After the round you can clean up, eat some lunch, tally up the weeks scores before heading the 56 miles back to the Milwaukee airport where the memorable week started.
